All on hand (ready to ship) units are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends .

All “Made to Order units “ are processed and shipped within 18-35 business days. We do not offer express service.

Please make sure that your delivery details is correctly entered to ensure on-time delivery.

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS , HAIRPREP AND LOCXURIOUSNG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE. We are not required to issue a refund or replacement of package based on any of those issues.
